By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the Payment & Refund policy.
- Tweaking/modifying codes by yourself or by any other developer in services/product that you have availed/bought from spearnode.com will void/terminate the support/warranty from that same moment itself. We don’t allow anyone to tweak our codes in order to maintain the coding standards. There will be no refund or any kind of services/support for the same.
- Replying not to email will lead to project delay as well as the deadline. In case of that, the developer will be assigned to the next task. The work will be resumed after getting a reply from the client and also if the developer completed it’s an ongoing task. The developer will wait for email reply till 4 working hours.
- It is client responsibility to cross check if their required service/task/functionality is properly working or not. The developer will test the service/task/functionality before deploy but client have to make sure then everything is accordingly as they need.
- Requesting or asking for more functionality or features will lead to reasonable project delay and higher project budget. So, it will be better to discuss before starting the project.
